Off the rails… A nice piece of vinyl related art by Yuri Suzuki. This train-style record player uses reconnected, chipped pieces of records to create new tracks.
Designed by Yuri Suzuki in collaboration with the mechanical engineer Yaloslav Tencer.
They say that the record pieces used are from cheap records found at jumble sales or in record shops. They also believe that the whole installation helps to revive forgotten, old records.
