The immitated Chant of the Lark ,or “Lerchengesang” in German, is a traditional romanian improvisational theme which any gifted musician will call their own as it leaves plenty of room for interpretation. This track performed by a lady named Noucha Doina seems to have been -or still is- an absolute virtuoso on violin and carries this track in one big show-off solo while good old Bela Sanders (a German jack-of-all-50s ethno-pop interpreter) and his orchestra support her really magical violin “flight” !!!
