This Week i dug up a little Balkan Gem EP on the former Bulgarian state-owned Balkanton Label. As i think of a hurricane when somebody mentions the word cirrylic > in other words I simply don’t have a clue about what is written on this label… apart from the labels name and the release number: BALKANTON 5571, most probably released early or mid sixties!

Yeah! These are the bulgarian rhythms! There aren’t anything like this on the other cultures around the world.
